I bought these almost 6 years ago, and I can't say I'm too impressed with the way they've held up. After about 3 years the white areas have yellowed considerably, which looks quite ugly and weathered, as compared the OEM mirror covers I own, which I've had longer, and still look just as good as when I bought them.

I also found that the driver's side housing never fit as tight as the one on the passenger side. This however, may just be a flaw with pair I ended up with.

In short, I wish I'd have asked about getting the OEM version, (which I think was a special order item at the time) that was only about $40 more.
My advice, skip this and pay extra for quality.

Advantages: *Slightly cheaper that the OEM version.

Disadvantages: *Discoloration over time.
*Fits poorly.

Just received my non-OEM Black Jack 'scuttles' for my R57s. First impressions, they look just as good as the OEMs and installed easily enough with the same quality fit. I went with these non-OEMs as two of my Black Jack emblems (same side of course) fell out of the OEM carrier. So figured I would go with the cheaper one-piece untis this time around vs. another trip to the dealership. Even with the exchange and shipping (I am in Toronto), seems like a more reasonable price point (inserts alone are C$180+13% tax here). I did see one comment around fading so time will tell I suppose. 5 stars for now and great service from OutMotoring as well. Thanks.

Advantages: + OEM look
+ OEM fit
+ Great price

Disadvantages: - possilbe concern around long-term fading from another reviewer (still rating 5 stars unless I start seeing this for myself)

Lets face it, the side markers on the Gen 2 Cooper S are just plain gross. It looks like MINI had a design intern that was fresh from the Toy Industry doing the design of those pups. These replacement Black and Grey Union Jack scuttles (also called side marker housings) are a good option to add some design detail to your MINI. Priced as a pair, they completely replace the existing side marker housings that are supplied from the factory. You will need to transfer the oval light, which clicks in from the back. To remove existing housings, simply slide the housing forward (towards the gap between the fender and hood) and the whole thing pops out. Please note: these are NOT the OEM supplied side markers, and the inserts are not interchangeable with the OEM units. However, they are engineered and manufactured to very high standards, and the cost is lot lower. We think it is a better overall product, and the lower price makes it a easy decision. If you would like to get the OEM side markers (inserts and housings) let us know and we can get those as well. Priced as a set of 2.

I ordered the NM power module and a K&N CAI for my '16 F54 S Clubman. Both were very easy to install with the attached instructions. Shipping and service were excellent and I will continue to buy any items I need from these guys.

I talked to Aron. He went out of his way on his day off. Came and open the shop since i was needing a flywheel for my R56-S. I leave about an hour away from the shop. We set up at time and he was there with no issues. Send me my way with a flywheel and i was able to put my mini back on the road the same day. Couldn't be any more happier. That is dedication and excellent costumer service. Thank you so much This is not the first time he goes out of this way for me. So i will keep continuing going to Outmotoring every time i need something. Next step are coil overs and wheel!
