Hello, My order #xxxxx. I was very happy with the quick delivery. I checked the contents-then put the box aside. When "life 's other stuff" got handled, I looked through the box again and saw the blue fob strip. First I thought it was added in error & was thinking "Crap, how do I get this back to them?" Then I saw the note from Chris. I wanted to get back and let you know how much I appreciated that. So kudos to the company and everyone that handled my order.Now I want to buy more "stuff" for my mini!

Every product I have ordered from OutMotoring has been shipped promptly and the quality has been superb. OutMotorings customer service has simply been outstanding. Extremely helpful with tracking down difficult to find parts and odds and ends needed for some installs that they didn't have listed, but got for me and had shipped directly to me. Top notch company and service. Only place I could find a drain back valve for r53. $25 replacement vs $450+ for the entire oil filter housing. Best part was the service. UPS delivered my part 2 days late on a Next Day Air shipment ,which is not OutMotoring's fault, but OutMotoring went to bat for me and got me a refund. I really appreciate your customer service and other companies should follow suit. Thanks again you have earned my business from here on out. Claude Cesar
