The center rail feature in the Countryman/Paceman is absolutely brilliant and will surely be copied by other manufacturers in the years to come. It offers nearly endless flexibility and personalization to suit your needs.

The Vertical Cell Phone or MP3 Player attachment is likely to be one of the most popular add-ons for the Countryman/Paceman. Simply attach it to the center rail wherever you prefer and enjoy (requires base plate sold separately- or buy it as a kit here). Swivel feature and adjustable width 'arms' grab just about any size phone that is about 2.75" wide.

Please note this does NOT include the required base plate (51169809203) that allows the cradle to be clicked into the center rail. We sell this as a kit as well but if you've got a extra base plate you will just need this attachment.

PLEASE NOTE: this will NOT fit in front of the ebrake on the Paceman/Countryman!! It can only be used on the rear portion of the rail. Approximate dimensions: 4"x3"4"

This is a review of the M12 stud conversion kit for the R53 MINI Cooper S. This is the second stud kit that I have installed. The first set was of much lessor quality and was totally worn out within six years of auto-x, track days and winter tire change-over.

These new studs appear to be far superior and slightly longer. I also like the unthreaded portion that allows lining up the nut to help prevent cross threading.

I do have one question; Do you recommend any using any lubrication on the threads of the studs?
