Works great. Looks built in, like it's original equipment. My cell phone drops in easy. I use a coiled charging cable plugged in to the port below, and it all looks great.

Advantages: Looks built in. Easy to mount. Easy to use.

VERY Important: This will NOT work with the standard/base radio that does not have the full color screen! If your MINI has the type of radio shown in the detailed image with the bold RED warning text this will NOT fit.

Keeping your phone safe and handy but not in the way is critical. This simple bracket attaches to the top section of the radio/main interface in the area between the outer ring and the recessed area above the screen using pre installed double stick tape in a few seconds. The adjustable bracket allows easy swiveling between horizontal and vertical orientations and has a feature that self adjusts to fit your phone once you push the bottom levers down and lean your phone into the bracket. It's a pretty slick "X" type adjustable bracket that is linked and simply pushing down on the bottom tab opens up the top section of the "X" wing to grab to upper sides of the phone. Overall it's pretty slick!

To top it off there's a secondary adjustment to allow the arm to pivot AND the expandable grip on the phone holder has a ball joint for maximum flexibility.

The adjustable phone holder is just barely wide enough to fit a iPhone X, Xr, Xs with a slim case, but may not fit phones that are any wider.

In this "internet age" we find ourselves searching for the best price we can find. All the while not thinking about the "value" of customer service. Is an extra dollar or two in your pocket worth bad service? The answer is no!

While Out Motoring offers competitive pricing, the one thing no other on-line vendor can provide is the amazing and excellent customer service provided by the Out Motoring Team.

Their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and ability to accommodate a customers needs are world class and second to none!

Good service DOES have "value" and it's worth paying for! So my advice is before you waste time trying to find a better price elsewhere think about what it might cost you in the long run should you encounter a problem.

It's better to do business with a company like Out Motoring which is professional, customer focused AND offers competitive pricing.

Out Motoring has set the benchmark for all other on-line retailers who have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

Advantages: Convenience, easy to navigate parts finder, superior customer service.

Disadvantages: I wish there was a bigger variety of OEM accessories (but not a deterrent for doing business).

The owner is nice, prices are in line with others or better. My complaints are twofold. First not a blasted thing comes with any installation instructions. The Eventuri intake had excellent ones you could download, the rest had nothing. I guess you are supposed to know how to install before you buy.
Second, I have left a lot of reviews on products (most of them very favorable) and yet they don't show up under the product listing. I rely heavily on customer reviews as I have found they are generally the best gauge of the product. It has aggravated me beyond speaking that I spend the time writing a detailed review, only to never have it post. When I go to the item, it will say "no reviews for this product" and then underneath it "you have written a review for this product". Seriously?
