Im in Australia, so receiving my products within two weeks was great. Just arrived today and im so stoked to be doing up my Mini Cooper S with some very cool accessories. A huge thanks to the team at Outmotoring.com for their continuing support and answering all my stupid questions, of which i asked many, even before i had placed an order. Rare levels of customer service. Materials used in products appear to be of high quality so i will update when i have finished installing them. Once again, thankyou ScottyOrdered the rear set delete kit (with the seat belt hole option) planning on using it as a platform for my dogs instead of having the enter through the door and sit on the rear seat. After reading through the install procedures and prepping the car for install I noticed that there is only one bolt securing the delete kit. This may be ok for weight reduction but it not good for use with pets. David Imes
I talked to Aron. He went out of his way on his day off. Came and open the shop since i was needing a flywheel for my R56-S. I leave about an hour away from the shop. We set up at time and he was there with no issues. Send me my way with a flywheel and i was able to put my mini back on the road the same day. Couldn't be any more happier. That is dedication and excellent costumer service. Thank you so much This is not the first time he goes out of this way for me. So i will keep continuing going to Outmotoring every time i need something. Next step are coil overs and wheel! Ruben Morales
