This suspension is definitely more track oriented but not as harsh as some people say. This kit soaks up the small bumps quite well.
A good buy for someone who is using the car for track duty.
No they are not damper and rebound adjustable. However this kit perform as well as the kits that are listed in the $2000 range on the track. Worth every penny for a track oriented car!

Equally at home on street or track, H&R coilovers provide enhanced performance, improved corner-holding ability and a sleek, aggressive stance-without the bone-jarring ride of some less-advanced suspension systems. All H&R coil-overs are hand-assembled in Germany to rigid ISO 9001 and German TÜV standards.

Just bourght a Detroit bypass valve from Outmotoring.
Managed to track delivery,which was usefull.
Fitted it yesterday,a,great improvement no more yo-yo and better acceleration too.
Very pleased thanks.
Would recommend Outmotoring to anyone,thinking of buying parts for their mini.

Thanks so much, I installed the MSD coil, MSD 8.5 mm wires and Iridium plugs. Mini runs much better, even idles at lower rpms and seem smoother in all gears.
I'm thinking it will pay for it's self in gas saving in short order.
